Panama City Beach, Florida

The Emerald Coast Boat & Lifestyle Show in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a premier land-based event that features an extensive display of boats from major manufacturers, showcasing the latest in vessels, high-tech engines, electronics, and marine accessories. From entry-level bow riders and center consoles to the latest 42′ center consoles with quad outboards, the show offers a wide range of options for every boating enthusiast. In addition to boats, this event highlights the vibrant outdoor beach lifestyle of the Emerald Coast, with displays of stand-up paddleboards, fishing kayaks, outdoor kitchens, diving equipment, activewear, and beach-cruising bicycles. It’s a comprehensive showcase of everything that makes coastal living and water activities so exciting.

CMM Awarded Management Contract of Sunset Isle Yacht Club

New 142-Slip Marina in Okaloosa County

Scott Burt, owner of Coastal Marina Management, announced his firm was awarded the management contract for the new Sunset Isle Yacht Club in Okaloosa County, Florida. “We conducted an extensive search for the best operator,” said Robert J. Guidry, the marina’s owner/developer.

The state-of-the-art marina features 142 slips ranging from 40’ to 120’ and can accommodate yachts up to 300 feet. With two ultra-high-speed fueling stations, it’s the closest marina to Destin Pass, making it a prime destination for sportfishing yachts.

Guidry, a lifelong big boat owner, designed the marina with a 12-foot-wide, 1,400-foot-long pier to shuttle guests to their boats. Burt expressed excitement about collaborating with Guidry, highlighting their shared passion for building extraordinary marina experiences.

Pelican's Perch Marina

Located on Bayou Chico in Pensacola, Florida for more than 60 years, Pelican’s Perch Marina & Boatyard provides “ONE STOP YACHT SERVICE” and is considered Pensacola’s best weather protected marina & boatyard. In 2018, Pelican’s Perch Marina was fitted with the newest secure state of the art Bellingham floating docks. And the large repair yard boasts a 50 TON Marine Travel lift complete with two-speed winches and remote control — the most advanced marine hoist in the area.

Cat's Paw Marina

St. Augustine, Florida

Cat’s Paw Marina is a dry stack storage facility serving St. Augustine since September 2007. The 35,000 sq ft building accommodates nearly 200 boats. Working with the client to dramatically expand the capacity of the marina to 500 boats up to 48′ and build in a new waterfront restaurant. A brand new, high-capacity forklift has been purchased to accommodate these larger vessels.
