The tour kicks off with The Emerald Coast Boat & Lifestyle Show in Panama City Beach, Florida highlighting both the boating and coastal living experience, showcasing everything from center consoles and fishing gear to paddleboards, outdoor equipment, and beach lifestyle products. Next, The Wharf Boat & Yacht Show in Orange Beach, Alabama — the Gulf Coast’s largest in-water boat show featuring over $100 million in boats and marine products, plus live entertainment and family-friendly attractions set against the vibrant backdrop of The Wharf Entertainment District. Rounding out the tour, the Destin Boat & Yacht Show on Okaloosa Island brings the excitement to one of Florida’s most iconic boating destinations, offering an impressive mix of vessels and exhibits for marine enthusiasts of all kinds. Together, these events celebrate the Gulf Coast’s deep connection to the water — offering something for every boater, from seasoned yacht owners to families embracing the coastal lifestyle.

Pelican's Perch Marina

Pensacola, Florida

Located on Bayou Chico in Pensacola, Florida for more than 60 years, Pelican’s Perch Marina & Boatyard provides “ONE STOP YACHT SERVICE” and is considered Pensacola’s best weather protected marina & boatyard. In 2018, Pelican’s Perch Marina was fitted with the newest secure state of the art Bellingham floating docks. And the large repair yard boasts a 50 TON Marine Travel lift complete with two-speed winches and remote control — the most advanced marine hoist in the area.

Cat's Paw Marina

St. Augustine, Florida

Cat’s Paw Marina is a dry stack storage facility serving St. Augustine since September 2007. The 35,000 sq ft building accommodates nearly 200 boats. Working with the client to dramatically expand the capacity of the marina to 500 boats up to 48′ and build in a new waterfront restaurant. A brand new, high-capacity forklift has been purchased to accommodate these larger vessels.

Pensacola Marine Center

Pensacola, Florida

Pensacola Marine Center is a full-service marina and boatyard with a rich history.

Coastal Marina Management undertook a complete rebranding of the property to include:

The new Hub business office complex with ship’s store, executive offices (100% leased) and management offices.
New floating in-water slips.
New fuel dock with high-capacity fuel tanks.
500 boat dry storage barn with two 8.4 Wiggin’s Forklifts, 15 Ton Taylor and 80 Ton Yacht Transporter.
The Gulf Coast’s first major fully enclosed Hurricane Plan for large Yachts and Sportfish.
Completely revamped Boat Yard with multiple high-end vendors and engine specialists onsite.

David Finkelstein, who purchased the facility in May of 2022, announced “Scott Burt (the owner of Coastal Marina Management), his team, and I have a very long, successful history of marina management together. Once again, partnering with the absolute best marina management group was essential for me to make this deal work.”
